Service dog struggle

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was pretty rough. The room had some serious mold issues, and we had a weird encounter with a staff member about my service dog. It felt like they weren't educated on the ADA at all. AC was grimy too.

Had a great time with friends! We visited a cool beach nearby and enjoyed exploring local eateries. The rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for our group. Just a heads-up for future guests, though—be aware that some amenities might not meet your expectations.

We did have a bit of an issue with noise from other guests at night, which made it hard to sleep.

Surprisingly Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities!

I enjoyed a peaceful night in the King Room Smoking. The amenities exceeded my expectations with clean facilities and friendly staff. The location was convenient for exploring the area. Pro tip, check the local dining options, they serve excellent meals.

The stay was marred by multiple issues, including a broken safety lock and an unclean bathroom with leftover items from housekeeping. Disturbances from noisy guests at 3 AM made it hard to sleep. On a positive note, the California king room was spacious and kept cool, which was a relief during the oppressive heat. However, the overall condition of the room was disappointing, with stained linens and uninviting decor.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff even helped me find my lost barrette during my first visit. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.
